CAMBRIDGE - Herman Franklin Sampson, of Cambridge, accepted his call home to glory on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010, at home surrounded by family whom he loved dearly, at the age of 90. He was born Aug. 1, 1920, to Hattie Sampson and Paul Sampson. He married Jeanette (Elliott) Sampson and have seven children, Kenneth Elliott, Timothy Sampson (Lynette), Yolonda Dommon (Anthony), Janet Cephas (Lance), Constance Evans (Glenn), Herman Sampson Jr. (Johnette) and Dwight Sampson (April), all of Cambridge; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at New Revelations Baptist Church, 711 Bradley Ave., Cambridge, with a viewing Friday evening 6 to 8 p.m. at Henry Funeral Home PA.
