SALISBURY - Franklin Lee Busta, 43 of Salisbury, formerly of Cambridge, passed away on Friday April 4, 2008 at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He was born in Cambridge on Feb. 4, 1965 and was a son of Sylvia Walter Moore and the late John H. Busta Sr.

Frank attended schools in North Dorchester, and graduated from North Dorchester High School in 1983. He worked in construction for most of his life, and enjoyed playing baseball and football. Frank had been in failing health since last October.

Survivors include his mother Sylvia L. Moore of Salisbury; sister Barbara Bramble of Cambridge; brothers Robert D. Busta of Cambridge and William S. Busta of Ohio; step-sisters Diane Fairbanks, Terry Smith and Cindy Travers all of Cambridge; step-brother Jimmy Travers of Cambridge; aunts Ruth Short, Alice Barnes and Barbara Silva; an uncle Francisco Silva; nieces Amy Elizabeth Layton and Ginger Renee Layton; a nephew James R. Moore III and many cousins including a cousin and best friend Joseph Scott Willey and his wife Amanda Willey of Salisbury.

A funeral service will be held 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge with the Rev. Pete Macinta officiating. Interment will take place at Ebenezer Churchyard at Crapo.
