PARSONSBURG - Frankie Lee Truitt died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, at his home. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Frankie Lee Truitt and Ruby Mae Webster Truitt Griffin. He was also the stepson of Randolph Griffin. A poultry grower for 30 years, he most recently worked as a heavy equipment operator for the Worcester County Landfill. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Pamela Ann Truitt; children, Frankie Lee Truitt Jr. of Salisbury, Allen M. Truitt of Salisbury, Crystal L. Truitt of Eden and Casey A. Truitt of Parsonsburg; two step-daughters, April Burchette of Berlin and Heather Truitt of Princess Anne; 12 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. In addition to his parents and stepfather, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Roger Lee Truitt. A funeral service was held Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017, at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. Interment followed at the Forest Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
