Francis Edward Brisco Sr. CAMBRIDGE - Francis Edward Brisco Sr. passed away on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at Mallard Bay. He was born on July 25, 1928, to the late James and Effie Brisco of Meekins Neck. He leaves to mourn his death, his beloved wife, Clara Brisco of Cambridge; eight children, Francis Edward Brisco, Jr. of California, Allen Brisco of South Carolina, Judy Coleman, husband Isaac of Piscataway, N.J., Cindora "Peaches" Brisco of Baltimore, Randolph Brisco, wife Sherry of Landover, Md., Gloria Brisco of Cambridge, Carlston D. Brisco Sr., wife Delphine of Cambridge and Francine Byas of Georgia and Rodney Hall, wife Yolanda of Cambridge; one brother, Isaiah Brisco, wife Emma of Cambridge; three sisters, Margie, husband Hayward of Baltimore, Louise Jones, husband Wardell of Baltimore, Lillian Harris of Salisbury; 24 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 28, at Souls Harbor Church of God, Peachblossom Ave., Cambridge, with a viewing one hour prior to the services.
