Floyd M. Wade

CAMBRIDGE - Floyd M. Wade, 41, passed away on May 25, 2007, at his residence.

He was born Jan. 11, 1966, in Baltimore and was a son of the late Jack and Brenda Compton Wade.

Mr. Wade attended school at Francis Scott Key. He was a civilian equipment operator for the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed fishing.

He was married to Amy Destelhorst, who passed away on April 21.

He is survived by two sons, Jacob Wade and Justin Wade, both of Cambridge; a brother, Chester Wade of Cambridge; two sisters, Brenda Wade of Florida and Bonnie Miller of Baltimore; a stepbrother, Michael McCave of Westminster and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Salvation Army Church with Capt. Richard New officiating.

Arrangements are in the care of the Thomas Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
