The Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art, Salisbury University, presents Fall Carving Classes this October and November for adults and children, beginners to advanced, novices to experts.
Learn to carve and paint a hunting decoy from start to finish with Bill Veasey in a three day class from Oct. 3-5.
Then see some of the best hunting decoy carvers in the country including National Endowment of the Arts instructors and their students at the Wildfowl Expo on Oct. 11, the following weekend; admission is free.
If decoy carving is not your preference, kick off the holiday season right with a Santa Carving workshop led by Bob Larkin on Nov. 1 and 2. This is a great class for beginners and very affordable.
