Elestine Landon 'Miss Teeny' Ennis, 79 QUANTICO - Elestine Landon "Miss Teeny" Ennis, of Quantico, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, surrounded by her family, after a courageous fight with cancer. She was 79. Born in Crisfield, she was the daughter of the late Charles Henry Landon and Mary White Landon. "Miss Teeny" was a member of Athol Baptist Church. She was a retired, self-employed seamstress, after working in the drapery business for many years with her dear friend, Becky Twigg. She was a very generous and caring person who was dedicated to her family and her church family. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Richard E. Ennis Sr.; a sister, Delores Kundt of Green Valley, Ariz.; and a great-grandchild, Brandon Betts. She is survived by her sisters and their husbands, Mina and Bill Gunter of Salisbury, Erma and Jim Price of Crisfield and Viva and Bruce Vierling of Flint Hill, Va.; a brother and his wife, Charles Henry "Buffy" Jr. and Carolyn Landon of Crisfield; a daughter and her husband, Brenda J. and Gene Baumann of Quantico; a son and his wife, Richard Ennis Jr. and Deborah Ennis of Quantico; grandchildren and their spouses, William and Sheila Betts, Nicole and Eric Bozman, Chris and Jen Baumann and Cherie and Jimmy Dowell; great-grandchildren, Cody and Cameron Bozman, Katelyn, Christopher and Maddy Baumann, Alexis Betts and Kyle King; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and her three special pets, Heidi, Kenzie and Miss Kitty. A funeral service was held in Holloway Funeral Home with a visitation from 12:30-2 p.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Edwin F. Dennis. Interment will be in Salem United Methodist Cemetery, Pocomoke City. Contributions may be made to Athol Baptist Church, 8306 Baptist Church Road, Mardela Springs, MD 21837; and/or the charity of your choice.
