FEDERALSBURG - Dorothy Louise Holliday, 84, departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, at her home in Federalsburg. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Carolyn Makell (Lewis), Patsy Camper (both of Cambridge), Faith Holliday-Cabarris (Percell), Federalsburg, Dorsey Lee Holliday Jr. (Laura), Wilmington, Del., Michael Holliday (Federalsburg) and Joseph Holliday (Cambridge); two sisters, Viola Thomas (Easton) and Doris Ann Barnett (St. Michaels); two stepchildren, Shirley Opher (Cambridge) and Robert Smith (Denton); two sisters-in-law, Eloise Wright (Cambridge) and Annie Wilson (Trappe); grandchildren, Sharone Camper-Sharpe (Fruitland), William E. Camper Jr. (Kelly), Louisville, Ky., Francena Morris (Antoine), Milwaukee, Wis., Michelle Holliday-Meekins (Federalsburg), Teila Miller (Jamie), Trappe, Alissa Washington (Henry), Cambridge, Tina Holliday, Jermaine Holliday, Raymond Holliday, Tyanthia Johnson (all of Cambridge), Michelle Johnson (Tampa, Fla.), Bronte Wilson (Middletown, Del.), Dorsey Wilson (Oxford), Aaron Blackiston (Providence, R.I.), Joseph Holliday, Demetric McCullom, Marcus Holliday (all of North Carolina), Damar Holliday (Wilmington, Del.), Caroletta Makell (Glen Burnie, Md.) and Jarron Makell (Annapolis); 45 great grandchildren, including Dontrell Holliday and Rashon Sharpe who faithfully devoted their time; ten great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and a special niece/friend, Nancy Barnett-Pinkett and Pam Bailey-Graham. All will miss the bond that was lost. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three sisters, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, a daughter-in-law and a son in-law. Homegoing services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 24, at Gospel Tabernacle Apostolic Faith Church #5, North St., St. Michaels, with a viewing tonight 6 to 8 p.m. at the church and prior to the service on Saturday only.
