Daniel Phillip Howard

CRISFIELD - Daniel Phillip "Flip Flop" Howard died Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.
Born in Crisfield on Nov. 23, 1947, he was a son of the late Thomas Theo Howard and Geraldine Adams Howard Rantz.
He enjoyed listening to music, watching wrestling, dancing in his younger years, hanging out at Gordon's, and traveling to Disney World. He last worked selling the County Times newspaper on Charlie's Corner (Main and 9th Streets).
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Howard; and two sisters, Peggy King and Patsy Ward Brighton.
He is survived by two brothers, Donald Howard, of Crisfield and Franklin Howard, of Baltimore; a sister, Mary Louise Rubio, of Crisfield; and 17 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service officiated by the Rev. Bob Daniels was on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at 2 p.m., at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home, followed by a visitation. Urn interment will be later in Crisfield Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help the family with final expenses may be sent to Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home, 306 W. Main Street; or to Donald Howard, 4303 Cullen Parkway; both Crisfield, MD 21817.
