SALISBURY - Charles "Charlie" J. Yeagley died Friday, Aug. 4, 2017.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as part of a ground mobile unit and was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 194. Employed by Baltner Engineering, he was especially proud of his involvement as Onsite Inspector for the Gettysburg National Tower. Later, he was self-employed as a local general contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; five children, John Stonnell, Charles "C.J." Stonnell, Darlene Boyer, Malcolm "Butch" Stonnell and George Warner; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson.
Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
