SALISBURY - Charles Edward "Buck" Moor Sr. died Thursday, Jun. 15, 2017, at the home of his daughter, Ronda, in Delmar. Born in Aston, Pa., he was the son of the late William Albert Moor Sr. and Charlotte Margaret McFarland Moor.
He worked as a career long-haul truck driver for over 42 years. He is survived by three children, Charles "Buck" Edward Moor Jr. of Salisbury, Raymond Edward Moor of Arizona and Ronda Marie Moor of Delmar; two sisters, Connie Heffner and Sharon Jackson, both of Upland, Pa.; a brother, Tom Moor of Chichester, Pa.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, William "Bill" A. Moor Jr.; and his first wife, Ellen Raye Moor.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, Jun. 23, 2017, at the Our Lady of Charity Catholic Church in Brookhaven, Pa.' interment was at the Chester Rural Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
