Carolyn Lorraine Farrare SALISBURY - Carolyn Lorraine Farrare departed to her eternal rest Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born Feb. 7, 1950, in Cambridge, she was the daughter of Oliver Farrare of Salisbury, and the late Flossie Farrare. She attended public school in Dorchester County, graduating from Maces Lane High School in 1968. Upon her graduation, she was employed by Bumble Bee Seafood in Cambridge. Upon it's closing, she entered college, graduating from Chesapeake College and then the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. At the time of her death, she was employed by Maple Shade Youth and Family Services and The Daily Times. Carolyn's greatest joy in life was taking care of her daughter, son in-law and grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Each year she especially looked forward to Maces Lane All Class Reunion, giving her the opportunity to reunite with classmates and friends. She loves to cherish loving memories, her father, Oliver Farrare (Salisbury); a daughter, Latonya (Salisbury); two grandchildren, JaQwon and JaKwell Ennals (Salisbury); a grandfather, Nehemiah Creighton (Cambridge); two sisters, Deborah Farrare (Cambridge) and Bertina Farrare (Salisbury); three brothers, Larry, Michael and Darryl Farrare (all of Salisbury); one aunt, Eunice Jones (Vienna); three uncles, Oliver and Robert Ennals (both of Cambridge) and William Ennals (Hurlock); a stepmother, Wendy Farrare; a son in-law, James Ennals; a sister in-law, Joyce Farrare (all of Salisbury); a god daughter, Katrina Cooper (Pennsylvania); five nieces; six nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be noon, Tuesday, Feb. 23, at Bethel AME Church, 623 Pine St., Cambridge, with a viewing Monday evening 6 to 8 p.m. at the church and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
