Anna Davis Rideout, 75

CAMBRIDGE - Anna Davis Rideout, formerly of Reids Grove, departed this life Saturday, October 10, 2009, in Dorchester General Hospital after a brief illness. She was 75. She leaves to cherish her memory nine children, Barbara Harris (Jerome Sr.), Leroy Rideout Jr. (Evelyn), Jaycee Farrow, Julius Rideout, Ramona Rideout, Oliver Lee Rideout, Charles Rideout (Laurie), and Sharon Rideout; step-son, Ronald Waller; one sister, Cordia Hopkins; three sisters-in-law, Geneva Davis, Nona Erina Jackson, and Ruth Rideout; one brother-in-law, Cleopha Rideout; 22 grandchildren; a host of great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be fondly remembered by a very special friend, Helen Smullen of Rhodesdale, Md. Funeral services were 12 noon Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at Henry Funeral Home, PA, 510 Washington St., Cambridge, with a viewing one hour prior to the services.
