1st Saturday will finish its 2017 season line-up at a new venue, Roadie Joe’s Bar and Grill in Downtown Salisbury. Previously held at Headquarters Live, 1st Saturday will now relocate its monthly concert series to the local restaurant to continue its tradition.
1st Saturday is held from 1 to 4 p.m., is free to attend, and is family friendly.
There are only two more 1st Saturdays this season, with AMP Studios headlining the Saturday event, followed by Red Letter Day closing out the season on Oct. 7.
“It’s a great time to come out and show your support for local music, and local musicians, especially following the loss of Headquarters Live”, said Salisbury Arts District Executive Director Jamie Heater.

Fortunately, construction is under way for a new practice and performance space for AMP Studios in Downtown Salisbury, on the lower level of the One Plaza East

1st Saturday is a project of The Salisbury Arts & Entertainment District, in partnership with the city of Salisbury, with promotional support provided by 47-ABC and Roadie Joe’s Bar and Grill. Free parking is available every weekend Downtown in the parking garage and city parking lots 11 and 1.
