DOVER – Moving up when you’re already in the top five of the NCAA Division III football poll is never easy.
But unbeaten Wesley College moved up a spot to No. 4 in both the D3football.com and American Football Coaches Association polls this week.
The spot became available after top-ranked Wisconsin-Whitewater was knocked off, 10-7, by Wisconsin-Oshkosh on Saturday. The Wolverines (5-0) now trail only Mount Union, Mary-Hardin Baylor and Linfield in the polls.
Wesley celebrates homecoming on Saturday when it hosts Kean at 1 p.m. in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game.
