DOVER — Two Dover residents each pleaded guilty to four felonies last week regarding a series of thefts from vehicles last year.
Appearing in Kent County Superior Court, Eliza Agosto and Richard Henderson were each immediately sentence to nine months in prison, followed by two years of Level III probation and restitution that will be calculated and filed with the court within 60 days, the Department of Justice said.
Agosto pleaded to felony theft of a senior, felony theft, theft of a firearm and third-degree burglary.
Henderson admitted to felony theft, two counts of third-degree burglary and theft of a firearm.
Both were 24 years old and living in the 100 block of North Kirkwood Street when charged by the Dover Police Department after investigation into incidents between Oct. 4 and Dec. 1, 2015.
Authorities said they responded to 46 complaints of thefts from vehicles during that stretch. The Delaware State Police arrested them after investigation into similar incidents in New Castle County, authorities said.
