Speak Up: Delaware lawmakers talk improving access to clean drinking water

Posted

In a developed country like America, all citizens having access to clean and safe drinking water seems like a given. Tom Carper and Chris Coons, both D-Del., Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester, D-Del., and Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., met for the two-part hearing examining the challenges that small, disadvantaged and rural communities face in accessing and maintaining drinking-water services.
