Aniah Patterson and Nicole Rainford both added 12 points for St. Thomas More.
Sussex Central 37, Cape Henlopen 28: The Golden Knights rallied from an early seven-point deficit to notch the Henlopen North victory.
Tashara Houston tallied a game-high nine points for Central in the low-scoring game.
Central outscored the Vikings 31-15 over the final three quarters.
Laurel 38, Indian River 20: The Bulldogs picked up the South win after limiting the Inians to just 20 points.
