UD’s Nelson to enter MAC ‘Hall’: David M. Nelson, one of the most influential figures in the history of University of Delaware athletics and college football, has been selected to the Middle Atlantic Conference Hall of Fame.

Nelson, who passed away in 1991 at the age of 71, was one of 20 former coaches, administrators, and student-athletes making up the fifth MAC Hall of Fame Class.
