Question of the Day: What “cool project” would you like to see?

Here is the Question of the Day:

Top executives of each county were asked to list the “coolest projects” in their region at the recent Developing Delaware Conference. Kent County’s is the conversion of areas, mostly consisting of open space, into new employment zones; Sussex County’s is growth, health care and job centers; and New Castle County’s is redevelopment of fallow industrial sites. What “cool project” would you like to see come to your community?
