Here is the Question of the Day:
A recent fire resulted in 12 apartments condemned and 40 people without homes. A Dover fire marshal said sprinklers could have helped decrease the damage caused by the blaze, yet many apartment buildings are grandfathered under the law and do not have them. Should fire sprinkler systems be required in all apartment buildings? Should this be extended to private homes as well?
