James L. BouchatMIDDLETOWN — James L. Bouchat, 29, was arrested in connection with a road rage incident, in which he pointed a handgun at another motorist, Delaware State Police said.
The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on Thursday in the southbound lanes of Del. 1, south of the Biddles Toll Plaza in Middletown.
Police said Bouchat turned himself in at Delaware State Police Troop 9 in regards to the warrant and was then arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court #2 on one count of aggravated menacing.
He was then released on $5,000 unsecured bail pending a future court appearance.
