Man sought after Dover daycare break-in

DOVER - A 30-year-old man was sought after an alleged break-in at Cindy’s Care on Tuesday between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., police said.

The business at 827 Forest Street, was burglarized when employees had left, police said. Video surveillance showed Donald Caldwell allegedly entering the business, breaking into an office, and causing damage/ransacking it once inside, police said.

Pending charges include third-degree burglary and criminal mischief.
