There is no other way to do this then to write an open letter to the U.S. Census.
I fill out my census as required by constitutional law every 10 years, no problem.
However, I flat-out refuse to fill out the American Community Survey. In other words, under no circumstances will I fill out your form -- none. I can’t be clearer than this.
Yet, I expect the relentless harassment and threats to continue. It’s what government does best, and if I was afraid of going to court, I wouldn’t have sent this letter.
