HARRINGTON — A fugitive sweep brought 17 apprehensions on Tuesday, Harrington Police said the next day.

Felton, Greenwood, Wyoming, Smyrna, Clayton and Probation and Parole officers assisted in the operation.

Arrests included:

• William H. Moore, 44, of Harrington on a capias for failure to pay on charges of failure on traffic charges. Mr. Moore was arraigned and released on unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Charles F. Shorts, 37, of Harrington, on outstanding traffic charges. He was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown in default of $500 secured bond.

• Alison Vadakin, 21, of Harrington on a capias for charges related to the theft of a motor vehicle. She was arraigned and released on $569 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Breanna Gancos, 31, of Dover, on a capias for outstanding traffic charges. She was arraigned and released on $100 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Robert Lankford, 39, of Harrington, on charges of driving while suspended or revoked.

Mr. Lankford was arraigned and released on $100 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Somur Jarrell, 29, of Harrington, on failure to pay outstanding traffic fines. Ms. Jarrell was arraigned and released on $350 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Theresa Groves, 64, of Harrington, on charges of receiving stolen property and second-degree conspiracy. She was arraigned and released on $200 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Therion Reese, 50, of Harrington, on charges of failure to pay on traffic charges and failure to pay on drug charges.

He was released on $50 cash bond and $209 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Renell Carter, 45, of Harrington, on charges of failure to pay on outstanding traffic charges. She was released on $70 cash bond pending a future court appearance.

• Zonel Mann, 24, of Harrington, on outstanding traffic charges. Ms. Mann was released on $50 unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.

• Brent Milton, 47, of Harrington, on a capias for outstanding traffic charges. He was arraigned and committed to SCI in default of $87 cash bond.

• Dustin Sharp, 27, of Harrington, on outstanding traffic charges and a theft charges. He was released on $190 cash bond pending a future court appearance.

• Aja Freeman, 34, of Harrington, on outstanding traffic charges. She was committed to SCI in default of $220 secured bond.

• Tyler Murray, 19, of Harrington, on outstanding traffic charges. He was released on a payment agreement with court 7.

• Berlinda Rousseau 18, of Harrington on failure to appear for criminal trial. She was released on $250 unsecured bond.

• Laura Greenly 31, of Harrington, for outstanding traffic charges. She was released on a payment agreement with JP Court 7.

• Christopher Santiago 31, of Harrington, for violation of probation, third-degree criminal trespass, theft over $1,500 and attempted theft under $1,500. He was committed to SCI in default of $6,500 secured bond.
