Firefly single-day passes go on sale Thursday; daily lineups released

DOVER — Firefly Music Festival officials announced the daily lineups today and that single-day passes will go on sale Thursday at noon on the website.

In addition, single-day camping, a new option for this year’s festival goers who can’t attend the full four-day weekend, will also go on sale Thursday.

Pricing breakdown for single-day options is as follows:

• General admission single-day pass for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday is $109

• General admission single-day pass for Thursday is $79

• VIP single-day pass for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday is $249 (No Thursday VIP pass option)

• Single-day camping is $79

Four-day general admission passes are $299; VIP passes are $699 and Super VIP passes start at $2,499.

The sixth-annual Firefly Music Festival is set June 15-18 at the Woodlands of Dover.

Headliner Twenty One Pilots is set for Friday, June 16.

Three headliners will play Saturday, June 17. They are The Weeknd, Chance the Rapper and Bob Dylan. Officials say they will each play their own sets and the times will not overlap.

Sunday, June 18 will see Muse close out the festival.

Glass Animals and Kaleo highlight an abbreviated lineup on Thursday’s first day.

Other highlights include Flume and Weezer on that Friday; Kesha and Galantis on Saturday; and The Shins, Busta Rhymes and Jared Leto-led Thirty Seconds to Mars on Sunday.

Exact times will be released closer to the festival dates. Overall, more than 140 bands will play across nine stages.
