Felton-area father, son indicted on drug and weapons charges

DOVER — A Felton-area father and son were indicted Monday following an earlier two-month investigation into alleged illegal drug sales that brought about their arrests, according to court papers.

Michael W. Nunn, 25 when arrested on Jan. 15, is facing numerous drug dealing and weapons-related charges after alleged activity at his home in the 100 block of Central Drive, the Delaware Police said at the time.

Keith W. Nunn Sr., 55, was indicted on a receiving a stolen firearm count by a Kent County grand jury.

degree assault conviction on March 13, 2013, in Kent County, documents said.

Deputy Attorney General Lindsay Taylor signed the indictment for the state.
