DOVER — An unknown suspect took three display cell phones after burglarizing the Wireless Zone store Sunday at approximately 5:13 a.m., Dover Police spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.

Police were called to the scene at 75 Greentree Drive at approximately 10:17 a.m. after a passerby noticed that the front glass of the business was shattered. Authorities said that upon arrival officers observed additional damage to a door. A short time later, an employee of the store arrived and determined that merchandise had been stolen, police said.

Based on surveillance footage, police said, it was determined that a suspect wearing a blue hooded jacket/sweatshirt, white undershirt, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers with red laces was involved.

Police asked anyone with information to call 736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous. Tips can also be submitted to law enforcement through tip lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or online at www.tipsubmit.com.
