Delaware State Police spokesman Master Cpl. Gary Fournier said investigation began Sept. 23 after Delaware Department of the State Division of Professional Regulation received the complaint about possible alleged prostitution at the Spa at 1883 S. DuPont Highway.

On Monday, State Police detectives had an undercover trooper respond to the Spa where he asked for a massage, authorities said. While performing the massage, the masseuse, later identified as Bao Juan Mu, 58, of Flushing, allegedly offered to perform a sexual act on the trooper in exchange for cash. The trooper refused the alleged proposition and left the establishment, police said.

Ms. Mu was later taken into custody without incident. She was issued a summons for prostitution and released pending a court appearance.
