Dover man charged with first-degree rape
DOVER - A 50-year-old Dover man was charged with first-degree rape after investigation into an alleged incident in the 300 block of Simon Circle, the Dover Police Department said on Tuesday.
Bobbie Harrell, of the 100 block of Mitscher Road, was also charged with child abuse and other charges, police said. He was held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in default of $64,000 secured bond.
