DOVER — Tamping down online rumors, Dover Police said three fights between Dover High students in the past two days were minor in nature.
While arrests were made and warrants obtained in both incidents, a police spokesman said Wednesday that just a few students were involved and no injuries occurred.
Two confrontations were reported Tuesday and one on Wednesday.
Police were aware that some social media posts described the brawls in more severe terms with added students and incidents involved, but did not believe they accurately portrayed the situation.
Dover High School Resource Officer Demetrius Stevenson, a Dover Police officer, was unavailable for comment on Wednesday and limited information was available.
