DOVER –– The Dover Public Library was abuzz Saturday with young people in costumes, playing video games and answering trivia.
It was all for the love of anime at a mini-convention hosted by the Delaware Anime Society (DAS) that celebrates Japanese-style animation. Anime utilizes hand-drawn or computer animation.
