DART’s ‘Stuff The Bus’ Food Drive kicks off April 26

DART’s “Stuff The Bus” Food Drive in support of the Food Bank of Delaware COVID-19 relief efforts asks the community donate their non-perishable food items. Events will take place in all three counties. See dates and locations below:

April 26, Safeway in Rehoboth, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April 27, Safeway in Dover, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April 28, ShopRite of First State Plaza, 1600 W. Newport Pike, Wilmington, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April 29, ShopRite of Four Seasons, 700 Plaza Drive, Newark, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

April 30, ShopRite of Brandywine Commons, 1300 Rocky Run Parkway, Wilmington, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Most needed items are Corn Flakes, Cheerios, Oatmeal, Raisin Bran, rice (white or brown), spaghetti sauce, pasta, peanut butter, canned tuna (in water), canned salmon, canned chicken, 100% fruit/vegetable juice, corn muffin mix, canned beans, dry beans, soup/stews, canned vegetables canned fruit and granola bars.
