A Capital first day of school
DOVER -- Thursday was the first day of school for kindergartners through ninth-graders in Capital School District while high school begins today.
Among those schools in the Capital district welcoming students was Booker T. Washington Elementary School in Dover.
Monday is a big day for the rest of the county with Caesar Rodney, Smyrna and Lake Forest districts opening doors.
