All services will be held privately. Interment will be held privately at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, Del.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Winifred's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Milford Senior Center, 111 Park Avenue, Milford, DE 19963.
