SALISBURY - William John Wagner, 88, of Salisbury, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015. He was the son of the late George Fred Wagner Sr. and Margaret Conlon Wagner. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margaret Louise Elliott Wagner; two sons, William Bruce Wagner of Pittsville and Robin Michael Wagner of Salisbury; Va., and Daniel Conlon Wagner of Richmond. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, George Fred Wagner Jr. A memorial service was held Wednesday at the Emmanuel Wesleyan Church. The Rev. Thomas C. Bunting officiated. Arrangements were in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
