Edwards, 53 CAMDEN - William Thomas Edwards passed away Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at home. Bill was born Nov. 25, 1958 in Dover, to the late John E. Edwards and Margaret Ann Lindale Edwards. He was a self employed over the road truck driver "Edwards Trucking" for 30 years. Bill loved his dogs and horses, freshwater fishing, deer hunting and watching Gun Smoke and Bonanza. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, John Edwards. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Deborah Lawson Edwards of Camden; son, "B.J." William Edwards of Camden; daughter, Deborah D. "Dee Dee" Edwards of Camden; brothers, Clarence Edwards of Camden, Chester Edwards of Hartly; sisters, Pauline Daub of Felton and JoAnn Edwards of Camden. Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904 to help defray funeral expenses. Letters of condolences may be sent, and guestbook signed, at torbertfuneral.com.
