ELLENDALE - Walter Choinski, Sr. passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 17, 2021.
Walter was born in Philadelphia, Pa. to the late Raymond and Kathryn (Muller) Choinski. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and loved to play guitar and sing, go fishing and camping, and was known for his sense of humor.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his brother, Eddie Choinski.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lucy (Major) Choinski; sons, Terry Choinski and Walter Choinski, Jr.; twin brother, John Choinski; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations in Walter's memory can be made to: Compassionate Care Hospice, c/o Amedisys Foundation, 21 W. Clarke Ave., Milford, DE 19963 or the charity of your choosing.
