Thomas, Jr., 65, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; children, Marquita and Monique; siblings, Margaret, Betty, Barbara, and Annette; and a host of nieces and nephews. A Homegoing Service will take place at 12 p.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Crossroad Christian Church, 4867 N. DuPont Highway, Dover, Delaware 19901. Friends may view from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions in Van's honor can be sent to The American Heart Association, PO Box 15120 Chicago, IL 60693.
