DOVER - Troy Williams passed away on March 18, 2016 at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. Celebration of Life Services will be 11 a.m., Mon, March 28, at Whatcoat U.M. Church, Salisbury Rd., Dover, DE with a viewing two hour prior to service. Friends may also call Sun. March 27 from 6-8 p.m. at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover. Interment will be at Sharon Hill Memorial Gardens, Dover. Arrangements entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home - Chestertown, MD.
