FELTON - Tina Lee Werner of Felton passed away, Wednesday, August 24, 2016.   Tina was born August 19, 1957 in Wilmington to John Arrington and the late Virginia Bryant Arrington, and had graduated from Caesar Rodney High School.  She was a manager of GNC for 28 years. Tina enjoyed being surrounded by friends and family, dancing, going to the beach, and loving animals. She was always the life of the party. Tina was a beautiful, spontaneous, fun-loving, and adventurous woman, which only increased with age. In recent years, she traveled to Italy and flew in a hot air balloon, something she always dreamed of doing. Tina was a very loving, supportive, and proud parent to her daughter. She will be remembered as someone with the most warm, generous, and compassionate heart to all who loved her. Tina is survived by her father John Arrington of Camden; husband of 24 years, Steven R. Werner; daughter, Melissa Slater and her husband A.J. of Harrington; sister, Kim Fair and her husband Fred of Dover; niece, who was also like a daughter, Sierra Pride and her fiancé Vincent DeLuca of Swarthmore, PA. Memorial service will be held 7PM, Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 6-8. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to First State Animal Shelter and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934. Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at www.torbertfuneral.com
