CRUMPTON, Md. - Thelma N. Squires of Crumpton died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007, in Chester River Manor, Chestertown. She was 69.
Mrs. Squires was born Sept. 5, 1937, in Wallingford, Ky., daughter of the late Manford Lemaster and Carrie Ball.
After her marriage in 1960, she moved to Crumpton where she was a homemaker and raised her family.
Mrs. Squires attended the Chestertown Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Charles "Bobby" Squires; a daughter and a son-in-law, F. Marie and William Todd of Chestertown; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Robert M. and Becky Squires of Garner, N.C., and Tony L. and Kristin Squires of Crumpton; four brothers, David Fannon of Indianapolis, Ind., Frank Fannon and Rick Fannon, both of Moorehead, Ky., and Paul Fannon of Vetersburg, Ill.; a sister, Joyce Edwards of Vetersburg; and three stepgrandchildren, David Driscoll, Steven Driscoll and Matthew Driscoll.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the Galena Funeral Home of Stephen L. Schaech, 118 W. Cross St., Galena, where friends may call an hour earlier.
