BEAR - Teresa (Zakorchemny) Mullaney was born in Chester, Pa., and died Friday, April 20, 2007, in her home in Bear, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was 46.
She was a supervisor for the Comcast call center in New Castle.
Teresa was a loving mother and wife.
She is survived by her caring husband, Daniel Mullaney; three sons, Mathew, Jonathon and Harrison Long; her loving parents, Andrew and Regina Zakorchemny; a sister, Andrea Stover and her husband Mark; two brothers, Stanley Zakorchemny and his wife Theresa, and Matthew Zakorchemny and his wife Laura; six nieces, Amy Mumley and her husband Robert, Emily Stover, Rebecca and Laura Zakorchemny, and Samantha and Stefanie Cramer; two nephews, Stanley Zakorchemny Jr., and Timothy Stover; her godmother, Diane Zakorchemny; and her friends and coworkers at Comcast.
A memorial service will be 11 am. Wednesday in the Frankford chapel of Melson Funeral Services.
Interment will be in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Del. 26, Dagsboro.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Teresa's memory to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
