DOVER - Stephen David Foxwell, of Dover, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2011, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 44. He was born in Boston, Mass. He was general manager at the Holiday Inn Restaurant in Dover for 1 year. He enjoyed fishing and bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Betty Jean (Maine) Foxwell. He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Foxwell of Wallkill, N.Y.; stepmother, Madalyn Foxwell of Harrington; sister, Kathrine Hanelin of Annapolis, Md.; and his best friends, Linda Lawson, Paul Paul Wharton, and Little Stevie. Services and burial will be private. Arrangements handled by Short Funeral Services, Milton.
