Dover - Sandra Lee Weishaupt passed away Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, in Kent General Hospital, Dover.
Sandy was born May 20, 1952, in Havre de Grace, Md., to the late Dick and Dolly Jarvis. She has been working for the past 29 years with Hirsh Industries in Dover, as a MRO Office Clerk. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, and taking care of her cockatiel Pretty Boy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sidney Marie Jarvis.
Sandy is survived by her companion of 23 years, Thomas Overmyer; five children, Tracy Lynn Jarvis and companion Eric Magurder, of Ashland, Va., Carrie Lynn Jarvis, of Dover, Jonathan Lee Weishaupt and wife, Catherine, of Clayton, Daniel Lee Weishaupt and wife, Aurora, of Bridgeville and Timothy Andrew Weishaupt and companion, Becky Creasy, of Camden-Wyoming; her siblings, James Jarvis, Jr., of Dover, Karen L. Sanders and companion, Jay Benton, of Marydel, Cindy L. Griffin and companion, Evan Caraballo, of Dover and Tammy L. Prince and husband, Larry, of Wyoming; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc., 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming; where family and friends may view from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
