Ruth Davis Bailey, 93 CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Ruth Bailey, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010. She was 93. Mrs. Bailey is survived by a daughter, Louan S. Waddell; three grandchildren, Tracye S. Landon (Pete), Scott O. Smith (Shari) and Todd B. Smith (Diane); five great-grandchildren, Frank, Carli, K. Macey, James and Baker; two sisters, Margaret and Elizabeth; one brother, C. Franklin Davis; and three stepchildren, Jane, Robert and Thomas. A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, at Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home, Chestertown, Md., where friends may call one hour prior. Burial will be in Chester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kent & Queen Anne's Rescue Squad, 140 Morgnec Rd., Chestertown, MD 21620.
