DOVER, DE - Ruth Ann "Tuddie" (Knotts) Coley peacefully passed away, March 9, 2023, with her beloved children by her side. If love could have kept her here she would have lived forever.
Ruth Ann was born July 12, 1944 in Wilmington to Herbert C. Knotts and Dorothy R. Fenimore. She was a graduate of John Dickinson HS and Goldey-Beacom.
Tuddie was preceded in death by her dad, Herbert C. Knotts; mother, Dorothy R. (Fenimore) Knotts- Loose; and brother, Dennis Loose.
Ruth Ann will be dearly missed by her children, Phillip (Ruthie), Deanne, Larae, Leroy (Regina), & Steven; grandchildren, DeAndre, Javon (Christine), Alliyah, Drucilla (Dee Dee), Lexi, Mare Mare, Jaida, Ivy, & Ivan; great grandchildren, Ava, Javon Jr., Jaxon, Jayce, Eli, and Kayen; beloved furbaby, Marcel; sisters, Dottie (Michael), Denise; brother, Phillip; sister-in-law, Ann; many extended family members and dear friends.
