Dover - Roger B. Moore passed away peacefully at home on July 9, 2018.Celebration of Life Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2018 at M.F. Chase Unity Mem. Church, 16 Vanessa Dr., Dover with a two hour viewing prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to M. F. C. Unity Mem. Church Men's Dept., 16 Vanessa Dr., Dover, DE and New Century Hospice c/o Grace Foundation, 665 S. Carter Rd. Suite #1, Smyrna, DE 19977.
