REHOBOTH BEACH — The Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce will host Sean O’Neill from the University of Delaware at a general membership luncheon at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 15 at the Rehoboth Ale House.
Mr. O’Neill is a Policy Scientist at Institute for Public Administration within the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration. He will speak to the membership on potential solutions for the workforce housing issue facing Sussex County.
The housing market has become less affordable than it has been at any time in recent memory, particularly for renters and first-time home buyers. What are the causes of this crisis and how is it impacting businesses and local economies? What can communities do to help address our current housing crisis?
