Ray S. Wampler, 90

Ray S. Wampler of Lewes passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007, in his home. He was 90.

Mr. Wampler was born in Timberville, Va., he resided in North Wales, Pa. with his wife, Jeane before moving to Lewes.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Mr. Wampler was a member of Grace Church of Milton.

He is survived by his wife, Jeane; three daughters, Joanne Rittenhouse, Cindy Toner and Diane Wampler; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three stepchildren, Stephen Quay, Timothy Quay and Andrew Quay.

Celebration service will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Grace Church of Milton.

Burial will be private.

Instead of flowers, may be made to Delaware Hospice, 20167 Office Circle, Georgetown, DE 19947.

Arrangements by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
